Gatherings of family and friends are what really make the holiday season special. It’s like a tree freshly cut and placed in the corner of a room. Its sturdy boughs and sweet scent alone make it a thing of beauty, but add the lights and decorations and it becomes that much more magical.
To help make those gatherings really memorable, and make your guests feel even more appreciated, we offer advice from the instructors and staff of NAIT's culinary programs and Ernest's, the polytechnic's on-campus fine-dining restaurant.
